What is your return policy for purchased items?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

At the moment, we only deliver within the province of Quebec. We hope to expand our delivery service to other regions in the future.

Are gift cards sent by mail or by email?

We offer electronic gift cards sent by email only.
